The other day I stopped by the thrift store, looking for a new sweater (cool weather is here and I am completely unprepared)
I found this little beauty. Nice cotton, heavy, and BRIGHT! Perfect way to combat the fall doldrums.
One morning before work, I was looking at my sweater, and I wanted a new necklace. I love the colors in this, it would work great for a necklace. So I came up with this. I added the blue in there for the blue jeans I was wearing :)
It goes perfect!
Where are you getting your inspiration from?
I sometimes think that I would have a much easier time designing jewelry if I just designed for myself. You know, whatever I'm wearing. . .just make jewelry that goes with it. Yes, that would limit me SO MUCH because I have a very small spectrum of colors in my closet. Ah well. . .Thanks for showing me how well it can be done!
